"Bullet Bob" Hayes was a trackster turned footballer who was reknowned for his incredible speed. In keeping with his legacy, the Jacksonville meet named in his honor was the fastest collection of sprinters we've seen this year. THREE runners (Dedric Dukes, Hugh Graham Jr, and Arman Hall) all bolted into 46.6 range in a photo finish with less than a tenth separating them. For an encore Hall and Dukes did it again in the 200 with Hall again pulling it out 20.87 to 20.88. It's going to be a hot season for Florida sprinters folks!
