Rescheduling Letter
Thank you for braving the weather yesterday and coming to the Westminster Academy Middle School Track & Field Invitational. We have prayerfully review options for the rescheduling of the rest of the meet and determined that we will continue the meet Monday, April 4th at 4:30 PM. The meet will begin with the continuation of the field events and the girls 100m. The rest of the meet will go according to the original schedule.
Please help us by answering a few questions regarding your future participation.
1. Please let us know if you will be returning to compete or if you will not be able to make it.
2. If you are coming and will be making changes to your roster also, please let us know, additions and subtractions. We would like to shrink the number of required heats, and reduce the time needed to finish.
3. All changes must be submitted by 2 PM on Sunday!
If any of you walked away with clipboards and field event score sheets, if you could fax (954-334-6160) or scan/email those sheets to us, that will allow us to prepare even better for your return.
Events that were completed and scored, will stand as official results, events in progress (field events) will be resumed, events not started will be re-seeded and run in order through completion.
There will be NO additional entry fee or admissions charge for spectators!
