Both individual races in 2A- Region 3 were dominated by individual runners. On the girls side, it was Lemon Bay's Kelsi Oglivie, on the boys side it was Lake Wales' Paul Stafford. The Lely boys led by Joshua Wagner won the regional title over Dunbar while on the girl's side Academy of Holy Names and Berkeley Prep both used their depth to finish 1-2. Andy Warrener recaps all the action.

A sea of orange jerseys was a common site during the Lemon Bay Invite as the host Mantas and nearby ladies of Sarasota battled it out during the girls varsity race. Tom Connor was on-site and captured over 1,000 photos from the days events!

Ten More Teams Makes ROC, FLR15 To Be Livestreamed Todd Grasley Sep 23, 2014

A total of ten more teams have been added to the presitigious Race Of Champions at the flrunners.com Invitational. The meet is just ten days away and runners and spectators are eagerly waiting in anticipation. This is the third round of teams to be announce with the newest teams at the bottom of each list. Four more slots will be awarded in the coming days to complete the field. In addition, to this exciting news both days of the meet will be livestreamed, so if you can't make the race or have family or friends that want to watch don't worry.

Lemon Bay Grad Gives Back Todd Grasley Jan 11, 2013

Danny Duncan will be the first to admit he wasn't a superstar athlete. His first love was baseball, not running, but through his best friend David Tomchinsky that soon changed. Tomchinsky didn't make the baseball team in high school, but Duncan did.  Although, his friend wasn't good at baseball he made up for it on the track. Then a Lemon Bay junior, Duncan took notice and thus his passion for running was born.
