About Our Team
Belleview High School is located in a rural area, 10 miles south of Ocala. Our student population is approximately 1,500 and our Track & Field and Cross Country teams compete in Class 3A.
Our cross country team, under 15th year head coach Jason Pfriender, competes in 3A District 6. Our girls' squad is led by a pair of seniors; Catherine Blaney and Melody Yero. After qualifying for Regionals the past several seasons, the Rattlers look to take that next big step.
Our boys' team welcomes back all 7 returning starters from a year ago. They are Boston Fitzpatrick, Austin Carroll, Landen Delk, Dakota Clifford, Sean Filippucci, Jeffrey Wood, and Joryan Hernandez. With the addition of several new, young runners, the Rattlers look to make a run through the post-season.

Our boys' track team, under 3rd year head coach Jason Pfriender (10th year overall), won their most recent district title in 2004. Belleview boys' Track & Field has a total of 6 District titles (1997, 1999-2000, 2002-2004), 1 Regional title (2004), and 9 Conference championships, including 8 in a row (1997-2004, 2006).
Our girls' track team, under 5th year head coach Kim Williams (15th year overall), can boast of 7 consecutive Conference championships from 1999-2005 (also winning in 2010, 2011, & 2012 - bringing their total to 10). The girls squad was also crowned District champs in 2010 and 2011, as well as Regional champions in 2011 (they have 6 District titles in school history: 1999, 2003-2005, 2010-2011).
The coaching staff also includes Adam Martin (3rd year) and Chandra Jones (3rd year).
