our time trial times as a top five were average 17:41 and thats with our number 3 runner out of shape(alexis ran 19:11 pr is 17:45)

Me and Brian ran the I-Drive U-Run 5k......me 17:39 (unofficial) 3 seconds behind Jeff Surran and 1 second behind Alex Mund...Brian wasnt feeling to hot but still managed a 17:58

WE are being overlooked.We got alot stronger team after the practices this summer especially after the 750!!!! I think states should be added to our schedule
