The Lady Lions Xc team is ready for a new year with a new attitude! With everyone returning with the exception of EK the girls should be ready to advance to the state meet yet another year and hopefully win a district and maybe a regional title along the way.
Being lead by Sarah Otteson 20:40 and Abigail Ozual 20:50 along with Amanda/Christine/Courtney/Rachel/Jae and a few new girls they should...
The lady lions cross country had another great season capping it off with two great team efforts at districts and regional.
They were district runner up to Lake Region once again, but with the team captain Dayna Cline finishing 2nd overall and the other girls in hot pursuit, advanced them to the regional meet once again!

Lady Lions practices take place at Temple Terrace Rec center on Whiteway at 6:20pm
Monday / Tuesday/ Wednesday is optional
Thursday we are at Flatwoods on Bruce B. Downs 6:20pm
Saturdays we meet at Trout Creek 7:30 am
Sunday Optional TT Rec Center!!
Practice cover 3 to 6 miles of running and core strength exercises, plus strides!
