Cyle Sage (St. Leo University) and I visited this year's FHSAA Championship and flrunners.com Invitational course on Tuesday. We drafted out the final specs for the course, and planned the layout for the flrunners.com Invitational VI, which should play host to over 5000 athletes this year. Course maps and photos are posted.

We are extremely excited about this venue. We really think that it is going to mark the beginning of a new chapter in Florida running. It is just a fantastic place for a cross country race!
