Royal Open Track and Field Meet

ENTRY FEE: $80 for one team $140 for two teams
(make checks payable to The First Academy)

TEAMS: Varsity GIRLS Varsity BOYS

ADMISSION: $4.00 per adult / $2.00 per student

AWARDS: CHAMPIONSHIP and RUNNER-UP trophies for each division:
Varsity GIRLS, Varsity BOYS
Medals for top three finishers, and ribbons for 4th 8th place

Team Limits: First 16 teams to send in the Registration Form (at bottom of page)

Notes:
1. Must use pyramid spikes or smaller.

2. Events will be FAT timed using CK Timing. Full entries are due by Monday, February 13, 2012 at 11:59 pm and must be entered through Flrunners.com. Limit 4 athletes per event per team. There will be a separate consolation heat in the 1600m (boys & girls combined), run just before the competitive 1600m run.

3. Each participating team will be assigned a field event for a coach or volunteer to help officiate. Please let us know what you might be interested in assisting with by annotating such with your Registration Form. Assignments will be discussed at the Coach's meeting prior to the meet.

4. There will be concessions throughout the evening to serve you and your athletes.

5. We can only accept the first 16 teams to send in their entry fee and Registration Form by Wednesday, February 1, 2012, so we can mail out parking passes prior to the meet. Registration forms can be faxed to 407-206-8724, attn: Ginger Millsaps. Fees (checks made out to The First Academy) must be mailed to:

6. Parking: Only 1 vehicle will be allowed to park in the stadium lot next to the track. This can be either a team or equipment bus. Each school will receive a parking pass for this vehicle. All spectators will be required to park in the church parking lot or the Upper School parking lot just outside the athletic complex.

7. Tents: All team tents must be set up behind the bleachers on the side opposite of the press box. No tents will be allowed on the press box side of the track.
