DISTANCE SPECIAL NOTE:
If your athlete does not match the following standards, please put them in the consolation races.
Girls 1600= 6:45; Girls 3200= 14:00
Boys 1600= 6:00; Boys 3200= 12:00

4:25Consolation after 3200 Relays. 800 consolation= male/female run together unless numbers really high. 1600/3200 consolation to follow. (3200 obviously if anyone is interested) Just show up at the line; coaches will get times. Thanks
Running Finals will begin once all consolations are done and first round of field events are done at least.
