We would like to give you a brief overview of ourselves. We are both in Citrus County Florida, and our focus will be on the surrounding area. We are both educators and understand the time constraints fully on coaches finding time to organize meets or any size. Between the two of us, we have 50 plus seasons of coaching these two sports. Please contact us anytime if you think we can help you with any aspect. We will be honest and we will tell you if we can do what you ask and will even refer you to someone else if we cannot. The program we use requires all entries to simply be emailed to us. You would just have coaches EMAIL us a roster and school name (and events in track and field if prefer), etc. We would, of course, provide you with the format. Many schools put firewalls up. So, if you choose to email us from your school email and you do not receive our initial response within 24 hours, the following has occurred: we did not receive, you could not receive our response, computers are down across the board. Other than that, we WILL respond within 24 hours of receiving; we will check daily. Dan Epstein: Dan has coached XC and track and field at Lecanto High School and Crystal River Middle School. He, also, has coached at the collegiate level at Pasco-Hernando Community College. He is actively involved with USA Track and Field as an official. He is a FHSAA official for cross country and track and field. He has run in various marathons. He has helped sponsor pole vaulting clinics and other activities in and around Citrus County. Freddie Bullock: Freddie coached track and field for thirty years. Most of her coaching career was at Lecanto High School. She has been the meet director of over a 100 meets. She has helped sponsor track and field activities in and around Citrus County and has helped in other counties as well.
