Meet Information
For the runners. You will experience every bit of a cross country meet as you can find except hills. Water, mud, roots, pavement, turns, straights and a bunch of more water. There are three places I know of you can't avoid the water so.......bring a towel, change of dry socks and dry shoes. TRUST ME!
At the coaches meeting you can pay me then. If you already mailed your payment then just let me know at the coaches meeting. Due to a misunderstanding on my part the middle school 3K will not be a qualifier so the middle school race is on me (FREE). If you sent a middle school payment in let me know so I can have your school refunded.
Also, buses will be parked at our Vo-Tech parking lot. Cars can use the BMS parking lot first and then if need be park at the Vo-Tech too. NO PARKING AT THE SOFTBALL COMPLEX DUE TO SOFT GROUND.

TIME SCHEDULE
8:00am- Coaches Meeting
8:30am- Girls Middle School Jr. High Race - 3K
9:00am- Boys Middle School Jr. High Race - 3K
9:30am- Girls Varsity - 5K
10:20am - Boys Varsity - 5K
ENTRY FEES 
$50.00 for one gender or $80.00 for both genders/school.
Individuals up to four people is $10.00.
This is for both the middle school race and high school race.
AWARDS
Individual Awards: Each Gender/Each Race - Top 10 Medals (40 Medals Total)
Team Awards: Champion Trophy for Each Gender/Each Race (4 Trophies Total)
TIMING & SCORING
RACE BIBS WILL BE LABELED WITH EACH RUNNER'S NAME AND TEAM.BIBSARE TO BE SECURED ON THE JERSEY FRONT WITH 4 SAFETY PINS.

Unfortunately, this will not be a middle school qualifier. I thought it would be like track season and having the camera would allow it to be a basic qualifier. I apologize to the middle school racers and coaches. I spoke with Laura on Saturday and she wants me to set it up for next fall. Due to this there will be no payment for middle schools. Awards and timing is on me.
