**** We will have a trophy for the winning Girls team and Boys team for high school and middle school. We will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals, 4th - 10th place are a little smaller medals. The medals are for all races including the 3K. A total of 40 medals. ****

Coaches Meeting: 7:30am
HS RACES (Register through directathletics.com) Boys 5K: 8:00am followed by Girls 5K: 8:45am
Entry Fee Information: High School - $70 for one gender. $120 for whole school team. $15 per athlete for individuals up to 4 total.
MS RACES (We might run them together at 9:30am) (Register through flrunners.com) If we dont run them together then here is when those races start. Boys 3K: 9:30am Girls 3K: 10:00am
Entry Fee Information: Middle School - $60 for one gender. $100 for the whole school/club team. $15 for individuals up to 4 total.

1.) TICKETS: Tickets will be digital tickets and sold through GoFan. Cash tickets will NOT be available for purchase. Purchase tickets at GoFan.co - Search Bradford High School Bradford Cross Country GoFan All tickets will be $8.00 for adults and $6.00 for students. Gate will open 1 hour before the start of the meet.
Admission gate will be located at the top of the BMS bus loop in front of Bradford Middle School (527 N Orange Street, Starke FL 32091)

2.) PARKING: All visiting team buses will park in the parking lot of North Florida Technical College (609 N Orange Street, Starke FL 32091). Athletes will need to be dressed in uniform with coaches to access the athlete game to enter the facility. Visitor/spectator parking will be The front of Bradford Middle School, (527 N Orange Street, Starke FL 32091) there are two parking lots there. If those fill up, we will use the Bradford Track as overflow parking.

3.) TEAM TENT AREAS: Each team will pitch their team tent in the designated area next to the retention pond where we started the races last season. No softball field.
The head coach will be responsible for the order and appearance of the team area ensuring the area is as it was to begin the day. Please inspect the team area after your team has left the field to ensure that the area is clean and clear of all damage and trash.

4.) Restrooms: We will have a few restrooms open. Please have your athletes respect the facility.

5.) Trainer: We will have a trainer on site. We will have ice available and hopefully bags. Please have a bag to put ice in in case we have none.

6.) Finish Line: We want to keep the finish line area free from spectators and teams. Coaches are allowed but wait for the opportune time to talk with either me or the timer.

7.) Idea: You might want to bring fresh shoes and socks for after the race. Due to rain the day before you'll want to wear them after you race.
