I am a 66 year old retired person who has the time to Coach & Tutor kids, I did it at Rockway MS & Miami Coral Park HS, I was a track man, threw the Shot & Discus in Jr High / High School / College, have the ability and knowledge to pass it on to throwers, in 4 years of HS coaching 2010/11/12/13 did make it 4 times to 4A State Meet and Medal all four years on Shot Put, 3 second places, 2 third places and 1 tenth place. Discus 1 STATE CHAMPION 2013, 1 sixth place, 1 eighth place and 1 twelfth place MS over all State shot put record 54' 00". MS 'flrunners' State Meets 2008/09 Shot Put STATE CHAMPION 2 times 08/09 (09 MS State Record 53' 5") 1 second place and 1 eleventh place. Discus 1 third place 1 fourth place 1 tenth place and 1 twelfth place. Triple Jump 1 seventh place.2009 MS State Championship Meet won trophy of meet outstanding performance of 53' 5' in the Shot Put record that still stands
