Which high school boys coaches had the best body of work across the U.S. this year?
To close out our 'The Best Of 2021' series this month, we tackled that subject, naming five coaches who had superior efforts across indoor track and field, outdoor track and field and the cross country season.
We took into consideration guidance across multiple seasons, achievements, state and national records and the overall culture built by coaches across various states.

Note: While Jonathan Terry and Ron Warhurst led Erriyon Knighton and Hobbs Kessler to remarkable heights in 2021, both were individual coaches of those two superstars. We decided to focus exclusively on coaches of teams for this list.
