Schedule of Events
We have changed the schedule this year. Friday night advanced packet pick-up, coaches meeting, and added much-requested open track time. On Saturday, we have created a more college-like schedule by doing a field event session early and starting the running events (except the 3K) later in the morning. This should help things go smoother and eliminate the checking in and out and confusion by athletes trying to compete in both running and field events.

All of our staff will be staying here and it will be filled with teams. It is within WALKING DISTANCE of the track. Total walk is only 2,000 feet (600 Meters). That means you can check in and then walk over to the track for our Friday night festivities at Calvary, walk back through the very safe neighborhood, and then walk to the track in the morning. Your bus never has to move!

Live Webcast
We will again be broadcasting the meet live and get on the air as early as possible at the track with a five camera set-up and video production team. This is brought to you in cooperation with the great television production team at Calvary!
Registration
You must qualify by the one of the two qualifying means to enter this meet. We do hand verify every entry and anyone who enters who does not qualify will be rejected.
Online registration will open on March 1. This is the only way to register and payments should be made online via credit card.
Per Athlete: $15 (in individual events)
Per Relay Team: $15
Max Per Team: $150 (1 Gender = 1 Team)
