The flrunners.com Invitational 14 is quickly filling up and looking to be better than ever! Florida's largest cross country meet will take place on September 27-28 at Chain of Lakes Park in Titusville.
MuscleMilk will join us this year as a premium sponsor and the official recovery drink of our 14th annual meet. After the finish line, we invite you to join your fellow competitors in the MuscleMilk Recovery Zone. The large tent will be located behind the finish chute. There you will find shade and all that you need to get re-hydrated and stretched out.
The team of hydration and recovery experts will be there help you get stretched out and recovered with rollers and other equipment. They will also supply you with (free) MuscleMilk and Cytomax Sports Performance beverages to get re-hydrated and re-fueled.
