Brandon High School will play host to over two dozen teams, many from the Hillsborough County area, for the Don Bishop Invitational. Newsome senior Emily Zwijacz has finished in the top four in three of her four meets and was 30th at the UF Mt. Dew Invitational with a time of 19:46.32. Look for Newsome and a solid Wharton team to battle it out for the team championship. On the boy's side Noah Perkins of Seffner Christian is coming off a win in the invitational race at the flrunners.com Invitational race and will face off against Robinson's Jack Rogers who has a nearly identical season best. On the team front, Newsome will go for the sweep, but have Steinbrenner and Robinson standing in their way.
