The Holy Trinity boys have been one of the winningest cross country programs in the state. However, the loss of long time coach Doug Butler also saw a loss of some of the top runners in the state for the Tigers. They were clear favorites to win their 9th team title in school history, but new Coach Scott Baker told us he will have trouble fielding a team this year on the boy’s side. That will pave the way for a new champion in 1A with Shorecrest Prep (pictured above) and Maclay who were fourth and fifth respectively in 2014 at the forefront.
