Flrunners.com: What was your most memorable race/moment?
Michael Noltion: My most memorable race was cross country regionals is year.
FLR: Who would you consider your biggest competition over your four years?
MN: My biggest competition I would say is my cousin Darryn Lewis.
FLR: What was your greatest accomplishment?
MN: Making it to states in both cross country and track this year.
FLR: If you could do it all over again what would you change about your running career in high school?
MN: I would take cross country more seriously, I felt as if I could have pushed a little harder.
FLR: What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?
MN: Running my track regional this year coming off a week and a half break due to a car accident.
FLR: What will you miss the most?
MN: I would miss running with everyone I grow close with over the years.
FLR: What advice you would give to younger athletes?
MN: To never give up and always have a positive attitude because God is always with you no matter what.
FLR: What influence has your coach had with respect to your performance and overall life goals?
MN: My coach had a huge impact on my life, he helped me want to become a better athlete by pushing me and giving me motivational speeches like every day.
FLR: What are your college plans?
MN: I'm attending Edwards Waters College on a full ride xc/track and field scholarship. I'm going to double major in accounting and sports medicine, and minor in information Technology.
FLR: Who would you like to say thank you to?
MN: I would like to say thank you to my mom, family members, my coach Davidson Gill, my lovely girlfriend Brittany Gill, my track family and most importantly the heavenly Father above for waking me up every day.
FLR: Is there anything else you'd like to add?
MN: If you ever feeling down and need help, remember this verse Philippines 4:13 "I can do all through him who gives me strength."
