Flrunners.com: What was your most memorable race/moment?
FLR: Who would you consider your biggest competition over your four years?
JN: My biggest competition over my four years was always my teammates. We had one of the tightest 1-5 splits in the state of Florida at the cross country state meet this past year. We were always pushing each other in every practice.
FLR: What was your greatest accomplishment?
JN: My greatest accomplishment was winning the district 4x8 title with 3 of my best friends this past track season. We all ran our best races of the season and had a great time doing it.
FLR: If you could do it all over again what would you change about your running career in high school?
JN: If I started high school over, I would have put more effort into training my freshman and sophomore year.
FLR: What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?
JN: The biggest obstacle I had to overcome was balancing running with academics and other extracurricular activities. There's a lot of pressure on high school student-athletes to juggle those things.
FLR: What will you miss the most?
JN: I will miss my teammates the most. They gave me a second family for four years, and I am grateful for that.
FLR: What advice you would give to younger athletes?

FLR: What influence has your coach had with respect to your performance and overall life goals?
JN: I have been luck enough to have a variety of coaches over the years, but my coach that I had for the past two and a half years had the biggest impact on my life. Coach LaFollette has always been able to inspire me to achieve great things, not only in running, but throughout life. Also, he provided me the training and advice to achieve those things.
FLR: What are your college plans?
