Tiara McMinn- probably the most talented uncommitted senior comes from Miami Jackson HS. McMinn is third in the state in the 300-meter hurdles and an impressive first in the state in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 13.72. McMinn also just happens to be the best high jumper in the state as her mark of 1.75 meters leads the high jump field. Wherever McMinn heads in the fall, you can be quite sure she will make an immediate impact.
