Track & Field Top 500 - Girls Shot Put - Richard Ready To Be Next Great Northwestern Thrower

Every year it seems like Miami Northwestern is stacked in every event. The Bulls always get the best out of their throwers as well. The next in line could be junior Alyssa Richard who was second in the shot put behind teammate Kaylah Clark who graduated. Eleven girls have hit 40 feet with three over 42 feet including Shannon Moise of Douglas (42'0), Richard, and Amani Heaven of Hallandale who owns the farthest throw from 2017 (44'7.5").
