St. Thomas Aquinas, Miramar, and Columbus are separated by slim margins making for an epic showdown come May. Also, in the top five fellow South Florida squads American Heritage & Hallandale. The Chargers beat American Heritage by one point in 2017 for the 2A crown. We take a look at the best teams regardless of classification.
These rankings were calculated by scoring the rankings as a meet. We scored 20 deep for individuals and 20 deep for relays. For example, for individuals 1st place received 20 points for their team, on down to 1 point for 20th place. This list does not take into account incoming freshmen and transfers.
