Incoming Miami Southridge sophomore, Alyssa Jones, will be a key point scorer for her team as they move down from the 4A division to 3A. After her epic freshman season, Jones returns as the top 3A high jumper and long jumper for the 2020 season.

These rankings were calculated by scoring the rankings as a meet. We scored 10 deep for individuals and 10 deep for relays. For example, for individuals 1st place received 10 points for their team, on down to 1 point for 10th place.

Athletes whose graduation years are unknown were left out of the list.
