The Belen Jesuit boys left no doubt who is the best team in the state of Florida as they impressively put their entire top 7 under 16 minutes at Apalachee Regional Park to win the elite boys race team title on Saturday morning at the FSU Pre-State Invitational with 85 points finishing well ahead of FL #2 ranked and 4A top ranked Creekside with 147 points and a standout program from Louisiana in Brother Martin with 159 points, who both ran exceptionally well in their second and third place team showings. But Belen Jesuit was too much with their 15:38 team average and top 5 pack tightly bunched in a 32 second spread with Joshua Ruiz (15:16), Joseph Ruiz (15:38), Joseph Scoarras (15:41), Marcelo Mantecon (15:45), and Evan Torres.
