That will certainly be the theme for the Ponte Vedra girls in the 2023 cross country season after returning majority of their 2021 state champion squad and looking even stronger than that squad ended up finishing a very disappointing third place in the 2022 state race for 3A girls.
While they graduate their #4 and #5 runners, they will have their formidable top 3 runners back in Lindy White, Daisy Ross, and Sofia Bushkell along with three others who broke 20 minutes this season.
One of the teams that bumped them off the podium in the 2022 state runners-up Dillard will have their top 5 back led by 18 minute 5K performers Christiana Coleman and Raquel Edwards.
