Skylar Franklin, running unattached at the FSG Athletics Best of the Best Memorial Weekend Championships in Miramar ran a US #1 51.57 400m. Her time is a FL #2 All-Time behind the 50.69 that Sanya Richards-Ross of St. Thomas Aquinas ran in 2002. Earlier this year Franklin won the 400m at the Nike Indoor Nationals with a time of 53.44.
