Watch for Fr. Carson Ohman of Pensacola Christian to continue to rise in the Florida Rankings. He is one of Florida's young FUTURE STARS. He is the #1 ranked Freshman and the #10 overall 1A boy in this early season with a win in the Pace Patriot in 16:45.00. He's dropped his time 37 seconds already from last year's PR of 17:22 that he ran in his 13th place finish in the FHSAA 1A Region 1 race. He gained valuable experience in the 1A State Meet finishing 92nd in 17:54.40. On the track last year he ran PR's of 2:17.17 in the 800, 4:56.35 in the 1600, and 10:22.66 in the 3200.
