Newsome So. Jonas Williams improved 2:23.50 from his 2023 5K time.  In 2023 he ran an 18:37.30.  He improved in 2024 to 16:30.80.

During the regular season,  we have looked at the most improved 1A, 2A, 3A, and 4A runners from week to week.  This week we are looking at a ranking of how much the runners have improved in the 5k this season in comparison to the 2023 season. It was taken out to 1,000 and here are the results of those that showed an improvement over their 2023 regular season time.
