MileSplit Florida is live streaming the 2025 Guy Thomas Memorial Classic at Dunbar HS featuring boys and girls "Bring Back the Mile" Races. The meet's running events start at 8:45 AM with the Girls/Boys 3200m, followed by a mixed 4x400m Relay featuring two girls & two boys, followed by the Girls/Boys 4x800m Relay. There will be a rolling start on the remaining running events as finals, with the heats seeded slowest to fastest. Our live stream will begin at 8:35am.
Join us in what is shaping up to be one of the premier meets of the season. The featured "Bring Back the Mile" races will feature some of the top 1600/Mile runners from in-state and out-of-state. Registration is still open if you're a girl ready to run sub-5 or a boy prepared to run sub-4:20. Both miles are expected to be fast, with several girls scheduled to run with sub-4:55 seed times and several boys that have run sub-4:10, including one 4:04. Alan Webb , an American record holder in the Mile at 3:46.91 in 2007, will be handing out the Awards, as well as meeting the athletes at the line.
