Eighth grader Collin Langston, running for the Hillsborough Harriers, won the middle school race at this years Florida Horse Park Invitational, running a fine 3,000m in 9:47.20 and getting the win over a talented group of young Florida runners.

Collin Langston, who attends Charles S. Rushe Middle School, is one of a talented group of Florida eighth-grade boys. In 2024, he was 13th in the middle school race at the Florida Horse Park Invitational with a time of 10:28.60 and won the race this year with a 9:47.20. He was 7th at the FLRUNNERS.COM INVITATIONAL in 10:25.70. Last spring on the track, he ran an impressive 4:52.20, 2:25.13 double as a 7th grader in the 2025 PASCO County Championships. In the 2025 XC season, he has two wins, including the Florida Horse Park and the 17th Annual Jim Ryun FCA Invitational. Watch for him. He is one of Florida's rising Future Stars.
