Congratulations to J'Nia Simpson of Tampa Catholic. The senior was voted the Florida Girls Performer of the Week (Feb 9-14) for her 49-4.13m toss in the Shot Put and her 47.52m throw in the Discus at the 2026 East Lake Early Bird Invitational.

Here are the candidates for week two of the Florida outdoor season. All of the performances were new Florid No. 1's.


Sophomore Madison Muller of Sarasota Riverview ran a dominating FL No. 1 with a 10:33.15 3200m at the 2026 Pirate Booty Invitational.


Senior Danielle Graham of IMG Academy ran a state-leading 4:53.75 in the 1600m at the 2026 Pirate Booty Invitational.


Senior Alondra Rodriguez of Cypress Creek (Orlando) ran a 1:00.17 in the 400mH at the St. Cloud Track Invitational.


Miami Southridge ran a 46.15 4x100m Relay at the Southridge Spartan Invitational.


Senior Jayce Miller of Hillsborough won the Triple Jump at the Southridge Spartan Invitational with a jump of 12.17m.


Senior Selena Gregory of Nease won the Pole Vault at the 22nd Annual East Coast Classic with a vault of 3.8m.
