Athletes can not use spikes on the new Mitchell track. Spikes function as ice skates on our new track
Entry Limit is 6 per sprinting/field event. Distance events are unlimited.
4pm Field Events start.
Boys Triple on the South Pit, girls to follow Mitchell
Girls Long on the North Pit, boys t follow Mitchell
Boys High jump, girls to follow Mitchell
Girls Pole Vault, boys to follow Mitchell
Girls shot, boys to follow Mitchell
Boys discus, girls to follow Wesley Chapel

5pm Running events in FHSAA order.
We ask each team to provide 1 finish timer.
