Direction & Parking

The race will start and finish at Toho Square at the intersection of Pleasant Street and Darlington. Parking will be available in Toho Square or nearby at the Osceola County Courthouse an the City Centre Garage, all within walking distance to the race registration table.

About This Event

Kissimmee Main Street is proud to celebrate Valentine's Day with the 4th Annual KISS-IM-MEE 5k. This event will promote heart health with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the American Heart Association. Participants will enjoy a serene lake shore run as the early morning fog rolls over Lake Tohopekaliga. They will take in some of Kissimmee's beautiful historic homes and find great shopping and dining venues as they run through the historic downtown. Participants are certain to experience the best views of our charming and historic Downtown.

Entry Fee

$20 Through February 4th; $25 February 5-10; $30 Day of Race. For schools with 10 or more students participating in the KISS-IM-MEE 5k, call the Kissimmee Main Street office at 407-846-4643 to receive coupon code for $10 student rate.

Packet Pick Up

Race Day Packet Pick Up will be from 6:15am-7:15am. Pick-up race number T-shirt and B-tag.

T-shirts

The first 300 participants registered before February 4, 2012 will receive a t-shirt at sign in! Shirt sizes not guaranteed.

Awards & Age Divisions

Awards are given to the following categories: Top Three Overall Male & Female; Top Masters Male & Female; Top Three Male & Female Finishers in Age Division: 10 and under, 11-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over
B-Tag Scoring

The ChronoTrack B-tag (bib tag)is the accurate, light and disposable timing device used to core the 5k. The B-tag is attached to the back of your race number. Do not remove or fold. There is no collection of timing tags at the finish line.

Beneficiary

Proceeds for the event will go to the American Heart Association and Kissimmee Main Street.

Honor A Survivor

To honor a survivor or remember a family member who has suffered from heart disease, heart-shaped stickers will be available for purchase and wear during the race at $1/sticker. In addition to the day of the race, stickers can be purchased in advance at the Kissimmee Main Street Welcome Station, 421 Broadway, Kissimmee, Fl 34741 or by calling at 407-846-4643. Please help us support this cause.

Restrictions

For safety reasons, bicycles, roller skates, in-line skates, and dogs will be prohibited from the race course. The use of headphones is discouraged.
