2nd Annual Destin Bayou, Bay & Back 5K Run/Walk, 10K & Half 2012

Destin Area Sports Commission presents Destin's second Bayou, Bay & Back 5K Run/Walk, 10K & Half Marathon, set to take place Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012! The race will begin at Clement Taylor Park in Destin at 7:30 a.m., rain or shine. While all courses are set alongside Destin waterways, the half marathon course yields breathtaking views of the Choctawhatchee Bay, Destin Harbor, and East Pass, as it leads you through Destin, along a 4-mile undeveloped stretch of Okaloosa Island, and back. Join Biggest Loser Season 8 winner Danny Cahill, title sponsor Shoreline Church, and the Destin Area Sports Commission, while you enjoy stunning views of the bay, harbor, and gulf. Cost is $25 for 5K and 10K until Jan. 27, and $30 day of the race. Cost is $50 for the Half Marathon until Jan. 27, and $65 day of the race.
