St. Johns Country Day Track & Field Invitational
Thursday April 5, 2012 3100 Doctors Lake Drive, Orange Park, FL
Blue, six-lane, rubberized surface. inch spikes maximum.
Long jump, pole vault, triple jump, and high jump have rubberized surfaces. Shot put and discus circles are concrete.
Invitational races: Two athletes from each school may contest the Invitational heats/sections of every event. Additional non-scoring athletes may compete in sections immediately following. No awards to athletes in the open sections.
Fully-automatic timing. Heats and sections based on submitted times; final places based on actual running time, not place in the heat/section. Coaches must hand-time their own athletes who are not in Invitational races.
Awards: Medals to event winners and ribbons 2nd through 6th place in Invitational events.
Entry fee: $80 per school. Make check payable to SJCDS.

3:30 p.m. Coaches Meeting at the announcers booth
4:00 p.m. 4 x 800 meter relay
Boys high jump, girls shot put, boys discus, girls long jump
Followed by the girls high jump, boys shot put, girls discus,
Boys long jump. Triple jump follows long jump.
6:00 p.m. 100/110 high hurdles, 100, 1600, 4 x 100 relay
400, 300 hurdles, 800, 200, 3200, 4 x 400 relay
