Meet Information

FORMAT OF MEET:
Open and unattached entries are welcome. All entrants must follow the proper entry procedures. A late fee of $75 will be assessed to those teams and $20 per individuals who missed the stipulated deadline, if at the Meet Directors discretion they are accepted into the meet.

ELIGIBILITY:
College/Unattached/Open: Any currently enrolled, eligible male or female athlete as deemed by their respective governing body.

ENTRY FEES:
Entry fee is $125.00 per gender for college/club teams (men and women are separate). 11+ Athletes per gender constitute a team.
Entry fee is $15 per Unattached/Open athlete (up to 4 events).

ENTRY FEE DUE DATE:
Entry fees are due at packet pickup the day of the meet (Receipts will be available); email confirmation will be sent for amount due. Make checks payable to:

Unattached/open athletes may pay day of event.

TEAMS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO COMPETE IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED AT THIS TIME!

ENTRIES/DEADLINE:
Entries should be submitted on Direct Athletics no later than midnight Wednesday February 8, 2012. Late entries will not be accepted. No additions can be made after this time - This will also serve as your scratch/declaration period!
NO ADDITIONS or CHANGES THE DAY OF THE MEET!

PACKET PICKUP:
Packets will be available beginning one hour prior to the first event of the meet at the scorers pavilion adjacent to the start finish line.

EVENT CHECK-IN:
All athletes in all events must check-in with the clerk of course no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the event. Heat sheets will be provided in the packets.

WARM-UP AREA:
All warm-ups must be conducted off the track in the adjacent field.

ATHLETIC TRAINERS:
Athletic trainers will be on site.

CONCESSIONS:
Food service is available within mile of the track; McDonalds and convenience stores.

RESULTS:
Results will be posted on results board and online at www.WEBBERATHLETICS.com among other track result outlets; www.elitetiming.net www.flrunners.com
