$50 per school entry / $30 per single gender team / $10 per individual relay
Awards: 1st,2nd,3rd place relays: ribbons /Team Champion and Runner-up: plaques

A and B teams allowed per school in all relays (only 1 counts for awards / scoring)
All running events are Girls 1st. Field Events 3 attempts best counts
Field Events, HH, 300H and 3200 3 competitors allowed 2 score - #3 breaks ties
Field events, HH, 300H are combined performance, 3200 add 1st 2 places (XC style)
Open 1600 and Open 4 X 100 are non-scoring and no awards (unlimited # of participants)
Random seeding No seed performances needed just let us know which events (form)
