Meet Information
Date: Thursday, February 7, 2013
Time: 3:00 Coaches Meeting: Finish Line of the track
Field Events: Begin at 3:30 p.m. Check in at event site.
We will start with the following events all at 3:00:
Boys Discus (followed by girls)
Girls Shot (followed by boys)
Girls Long Jump (followed by Triple Jump)
Boys Long Jump (followed by Triple Jump)
Boys High Jump (followed by girls)
Girls Pole Vault (followed by boys)
Because we are having unlimited entries in the field events, there will be a limit of three
throws in the shot and discus and three jumps in the long jump.
Running Events: Begin at 4:30 p.m. Check in at starting line. Heats against time; fastest heats
first. Events will be in the following order (girls then boys):
High Hurdles, 100m, 1600m, 200m, 800m, 4X400m
There will be unlimited entries in all individual and relay events.
Awards: Ribbons: 1-8. There will be no team awards
Entry Fee: $15 per team: $30 for both Boys and Girls team.
Entry Deadline: Please let me know by email or phone call that your team will be attending.
You must email me the names of your top three athletes in the hurdles and 100m dash races by
the day before (February 6) so that we may seed the first few heats of those events. If you do not
do this, your athletes will not be in the first few heats. All others can sign up at the starting line /
event site. We will limit this meet to no more than 6 teams.
Starting Heights:
High Jump: Girls 4 00, Boys 5 00
Pole Vault: Girls 5 00, Boys 8 00
