Meet Information
Share of expenses: $100 per school or $25 if you only have one athlete competing. If payment is not received by day of meet, you will not compete. We accept cash, check, or money order.
Schedule:
3:00 p.m. - Coaches' Meeting in scoring area
3:30 p.m. - Field events & 4x800 relay (girls then boys)
5:00 p.m. - Running finals. Will be seeded.
Entries:
-Unlimited entries for individual events
-One relay per school
-Entries must be submitted on www.flrunners.com by the deadline
-Coaches please update your rosters on flrunners.com as entries must include the following: full athlete name (do not use nicknames), grade, gender, event & mark.

Awards:
-Team trophies: 1st & 2nd
-Individual ribbons: 1st to 6th places
FYI: The following events will not be contested 3200, 300 hurdles, pole vault, and triple jump.
Schools: Bayshore, Braden River, Bradenton Christian, Lakewood Ranch, Manatee, Palmetto, Southeast, St. Stephens
Field event assignments: will be made at the coaches meeting.
Scoring: Individual events 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1. Relays 10-8-6-4-2-1.
Field Events:
Four efforts in jumps and throws. All finals. Check in at designated areas on arrival.
Order: Girls' shot and boys' discus then the reverse at the conclusion of each. High jump girls followed by boys. Long jump both boys and girls - boys jump on east end and girls jump on west end.
Running Events - No Prelims. All finals and are seeded. Girls then boys on each event. All athletes enter track from the east gate and exit at west end of track. Athletes must check in to the clerk at first call. Let them know! Don't let them get disqualified. Uniform rule in effect.
No coaches on infield. No one on infield except athletes warming up.
Team Area: All teams on the retention area near check in. NO ATHLETES IN THE STANDS.
Warm up area: East side of infield area, marked by cones
Hospitality: Concession vouchers provided in packet
A trainer will be on site.
PLEASE CLEAN UP YOUR TEAM AREA AT COMPLETION. TRASH CANS PROVIDED.
