Well, it\'s almost here. The long anticipated and biggest cross-country meet of the year in the State of Florida. FLRUNNERS VII at Ed Radice Park in Tampa, Florida.

People, in general, have short attention spans. Sometimes I type all of this information and instructions for the meet, but no one seems to want to read all of it. If you\'re still reading this, please read ONE PAGE. It\'s a summary of important info about attending the meet, it will save many questions and misunderstandings.
