This meeting is to check on lane assignments, number of heats, spelling errors as a result of the entries online, etc. You may scratch athletes at this meeting with no penalty. You may not make any additions to your lineup at this meeting. Any scratches that occur after this meeting will cause that athlete to be scratched from the entire meet, including relays. FLRunners.com will require you to enter the
athletes for your relays. You may, of course, substitute eligible athletes on relays during the meet.

Infield Access:
There is no infield access for anyone except athletes and officials. All Events are within the track, so there is plenty of opportunity to coach and watch from the fence outside the track. There will be a coachs box set up for the pole vault.
Team Camps:
Teams may set up camps in between the scoreboard and visitors bleachers, or on the outside of the practice field. The practice field connects to the track complex and serves as the warm up area.
Parking: All busses will park on the opposite side of campus from the track once they have dropped off their athletes. Cars may park in available spots in the parking lot close to the track or on the opposite side of campus with the busses.
If you have any questions, please contact me by email or phone, nathanstanley@bishopsnyder.org or 904-708-1891. If you have any questions on the entry system, please direct them to Scott Peters at HalfMileTiming.com or Todd Grasley at FLRunners.com.
