Timing Company: J7 Sports Event Management
Time Schedule:
1:00pm - coaches meeting at the clerk tent
2:00pm - Field Events begin
4:00pm - Running Events begin
> Scratches - will occur during the coaches meeting
> Each athlete may enter 4 events: 3R/3F or 2R/2F or 1R/3F.
> FAT with Flashtiming & Racetab through J7 Sports
> Meet Directors: Karen Padgett, William Taft, Michelle Davis
> Heat & Lane assignments: The first heat will be the fastest seeded heat for all races. The spearhead method will be used to assign lanes - 4,5,3,6,2,7,1,8.
> Field Events:
(Set up in order with best competing last)
High Jump - Girls, Boys to follow
Long Jump - Girls
Long Jump - Boys
Shot Put - Girls, Boys to follow
Discus - Boys, Girls to follow
Event Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1 ; 1st to 6th places in open and relay events
Uniforms: Tucked in jerseys, matching of undergarments, no jewelry, etc. Athletes are expected to be in compliance with the standard rules.
