The registration fee is $10 per student. If received by Monday, October 19, this includes lunch (ham or turkey sandwich from WhichWich, snack & water). After this date, no lunch. Lunch will be delivered to each school's representative at 11:30.

Students may sign up as individuals if no other students are in their grade race, or come as a team. A coach, administrator or team parent can be the team representative. There will be team awards for each grade, but the team must have at least 5 runners in that race to qualify as a team. Teams may have more, but points will only count for the first 5 runners that cross the finish line. Top 10 finishers for each race will receive medals during the awards ceremony.

Simple sign up email student name, school, gender, grade (along with sandwich choice- ham or turkey) to teammilford@gmail.com Coach/parent rep bring the $10 payments to the coachs tent near finish line. There will be race day registration, but we hope to keep this to a minimum. A pre-registration table will be set up for individuals who may not have an organized school/team attending the race.
