Passwords for entry lists will be distributed 2 weeks before scheduled entry deadline.
Time Schedule:
2:30 Coachs Meeting (under the awning at Keller Fieldhouse)
Minimum marks will be determined for all Field Events at the meeting.
3:00 Field Events (will be run as Finals)
3:45 4 x 800m
5:00 Preliminaries (Top 8 fastest athletes to the Finals)

200m Wheelchair (if necessary)
7:30 Finals (or 30 minutes after end of prelims)

Awards Presentation:
Medals will be awarded to the top 3 place winners
Limit 3 athletes per event
Athletes may use the infield as the warm-up area. Please help in keeping this area as a warm up area, not a team area.
Athletes need to check in to all running events with the Clerk of the Course who will be located outside the chute at NW side of track.
All the times will be posted on result boards south of home stands by the entry gates and will be streamed live on halfmiletiming.com.
All entries must be entered through FLrunners.com by February 29, 2016 by 11:59 pm. Any changes after the entry deadline will cost $5 per change, this includes swapping athletes names. We would rather all the entries be correct than collect any money.
Bus Information: (The following will be STRICTLY enforced)
Buses arriving will need to access the track via Henry Street.
All buses will need to drop off athletes and proceed to parking lot adjacent to the soccer field.
No Athletes in the home stands. All teams must be on the visitor side of the stadium or in team area, located in the southwest corn of the complex.
