FHSAA 4A Region 1 2016

Watch and see why 4A Region 1 is nicknamed the Region of Death as the boys 1,600m and 800m runs leave times of 4:21.32 and 1:55.18 sitting in fifth place and watching the state meet from the stands.

Lake Minneola played host to the 4A-1 & 2A-2 super regional. Tyler Copeland was on-site and captured just over 2,000 photos from both meets including this one of the girls hurdles.

Watch Dr. Phillips and the rest of the boys 4x800m field duke it out for 8 laps with the top five times finishing in 7:57 or under. Lake Nona's 7:57.04 is fifth and misses out if that tells you just how exciting this race was!
