All races will be timed finals, run from slow to fast.
(Coaches) are not to be in the in field
Online Entry must be done by Tuesday,
March 14, 2016 by 4:59pm online registration FL Runners
Cut off marks will be established after the first flight for measurement.
Everyone's first attempt will be measured for each flight then the cutoff will be implemented for
subsequent throws
