After sending the entry fee of $100, please email Vern Kinsey at vern_kinsey@indianrocks.org. When the entry fee is received, the meet password will be emailed to you to enter team and athletes.
Indian Rocks has installed a new rubber track surface in December 2016. Please ensure athletes are using 3/16th inch pyramid or needle spikes or shorter.
According to FHSAA rules, athletes may only participate in 4 events(running or field). We have decided to allow unlimited entries in all running events, and 5 per event for field events. Please be considerate when entering entry marks, as the heats will be seeded based on time. All athletes with no entry marks will be given no time, and will be seeded last.
Athletes in the long jump, triple jump, shot put, and discus will receive 3 throws and jumps. Starting heights for the Pole Vault and High Jump will be given at the coaches meeting. The running events will be on a rolling schedule. All running events will be finals and all heats are against time. There will be NO prelims.
