Important Information for Thursday:
-All athletes need to be dropped off between Gate 3 & Gate 4 at our pedestrian gate on Highland Avenue *no buses will be permitted on campus and will be parked at the LHAC lot
-We will be having P.E classes on the field until 11:00am, we ask all athletes to stay off of the infield/ track until then.
-Team Camps & Tents can be set up on the outside of the Holloway Track perimeter gate. *Please be mindful of the girls long jump runway located on the outside of the track near Marks St, but the throwing area may be used for camps
-Weigh In's will be located underneath the scoreboard at the track starting at 11:00am.
-There will be a shuttle provided for all athletes & coaches in the throwing events at the LHAC. The shuttle will start at 10:30am & run on 15 minute increments. The shuttle pick up point is near the east end of the track at the Highlander Rock that is located near the Weng Gymnasium, across from the pool
-The Coaches Meeting at 11:30am will be located near the finish line/ scoreboard
-Warm Up's will be permitted on the infield inside of the flagged area ONlY!
-Concessions will be open, cash only!
-Restrooms are located at the concession stands! These will be the only restrooms available, athletes will not be permitted to any other part of the campus except the track stadium & shuttle pick up point as school will be in session
-Athletic Trainers will be on site in our training room, which is housed in the Meffe Fieldhouse
-Spectators will have to park at the OUC lot, LHAC parking lot or on a surrounding street throughout the day till 3:00pm. Prior to 3:00pm spectators will be asked to enter through the pedestrian gate. After 3:30pm spectators may enter through Gate 2 and parking will be first come first serve on campus.
