ENTRY: Unlimited # of entries allowed per event

A, B and C relay teams allowed

Be sure to have your complete Roster updated in the flrunners Data base

(under TEAMS tab) There is no entry to fill out just make sure ALL your athletes are listed

NOTES: There will be NO team scoring

We will only record top 5 places in each event

We will only time the last 2 heats in the 100, 400, HH and 300H

(Minimum of 1 and Maximum of 3 per school in the last 2 heats of 100, 400 & Hs)

3 attempts in LJ/TJ/Shot/Disc

Spikes are allowed 8-lane rubber track and runways / 2 Long Jump pits

Please help with field events (assigned at coaches meeting)

Please have your athletes ready to give the starter/clerk the following:

-approx. seed times (or fast heat / slow heat) (must have for the 100, 400 & Hs)

-their name to officials at the finish line.
